Daisen G Beer & Beer Hof Gambarius is a craft brewery and restaurant situated at an elevation of 300 meters on the slopes of the national park of Mt. Daisen. All beers are brewed using 100% malt and the pure underground water of Mt. Daisen, with a diverse lineup that includes Weizen and other styles.
The brewery has won numerous awards at international competitions including the World Beer Cup and World Beer Awards. In 2011, its Weizen took first place in the world in its category, and multiple award wins have continued into 2025. Part of the brewing process is visible through glass windows, allowing visitors to deepen their appreciation of the craft while they drink.
The restaurant, 'Beer Hof Gambarius,' serves dishes made with local ingredients alongside the beers. In autumn, an all-you-can-drink Daisen G Beer event draws large crowds of visitors.
